Review on Reachdesk by Gary Stringfield

It's very easy for people you have in contact over Facebook or Whatsapp groups, it allows me to add images without having problems such as crashing my computer since I'm using an old laptop which cannot handle graphics well. Some features are not easily accessible (for example when someone sends something from another user). The interface should be improved by allowing drag-and-drop image uploads instead of only clicking through photos each time we wish to change them. Also there needs more interaction between users because some information gets lost (i.e., pictures sent) if one does not know their contacts inside WhatsApp properly. ReachDesk is a great tool with many integrations that helps us get to our customers faster and more efficiently. We also love the customer service. We have yet to find anything we dislike about ReachDesk. ReachDesk helps us reach customers in the US and beyond. We often partner with companies that live in the US to reach out to customers in other countries. ReachDesk allows us to do that, and it is more affordable than other tools.
