Suitable for cats weighing no more than 10 pounds.

My cat who weighs 7 pounds loves it and is always on it. My 20 lb cat liked it but won't hold it. I followed the installation instructions but the top two suction cups keep coming loose when my heavier cat tries to step on them. It stays on for 5 minutes and then falls off. It has been thrown off it many times. All other suction cups are fine. When I squeeze and try to remove the suction cups it stays on.
