I use this card in my OpenBSD firewall. Pros: - Works. There are very few 11n chips that OpenBSD supports in Hostap mode, this is one of them - Installation was as easy as can be - Plug in the card, it was supported out of the box. Cons: - Speed - 2.1MB/s connects to this card, same laptop talks to Verizon router and shows 6MB/s in speed test. 6 MB/s is the speed of my internet connection (fios), which means the laptop can run at higher speeds. The maximum speed of this card is 25 Mbit/s, which is a far cry from the claimed 300 Mbit/s. Some speed issues may be related to how OpenBSD manages the map.
