Update: Apparently they needed a bit of wear so the buttons felt a lot better after a few days. I even added some hot glue to make them more accurate. I still think they're a little hollow, but overall they improved my x100 joycons. They definitely help the joysticks look more like full controllers, but they're pretty cheap and empty. Another downside is that the SL and SR keys are awfully cramped. The SL/SR buttons require a lot of effort to activate the actual buttons and make it difficult to use when playing games like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. They wouldn't fire during rounds and weapon select unless I pressed them hard enough. This made playing MKD unplayable and annoying at times. I think that's what you get for $10.
