They are great for face masks Nose Clip
I have used them to make masks. The end was the question. I used 2 to increase the width of the wire and then used tape on the ends to seal the ends. Worked great. I also put a strip in the middle to keep the two strands flat. So far no complaints. Provided you wash well.
