So follow the directions because this is a real purple shampoo that will turn your hair a purple-silver with daily use. I've tried many purple shampoos and this is the only one I've noticed a difference with. I used to only use shampoo but I recently bought a conditioner and it's very good too. A limitation. The shampoo doesn't run so you need to use a little more. The only thing I complain about is that it doesn't spread well, but it works, so I'm reworking it. I feel like I use more than normal shampoo because it doesn't spread easily but since it works I just changed the way I shampooed my hair.
