I have an old basket and I was hoping they were of the same quality. You are not. The chains are almost the same, but the baskets themselves are weaker. They are also not as deep as my older one and there is less space between the baskets. A smaller gap is probably a good thing because it prevents you from putting too many items in the basket. It also makes the baskets hang higher, which can be useful in some situations. Baskets work for what I bought them for. I was able to put 8 small oranges in the top basket, 16 in the middle basket, and 26 in the bottom basket. The bottom basket could hold more if there was more space between it and the middle basket. Would I buy them again? Perhaps. But not before checking out flea markets and thrift stores to see if I can find some of the old ones. I find them overpriced for the quality.
