Excellent, versatile, sturdy, and easy to assemble

With the access to fitness centers limited, I found this pull-up dip bar a great addition to completing my home gym. My wife actually installed it for me as an anniversary gift , and it took about an hour (not including the trip to Home Depot for the wood, etc). I like that his has both outer and inner grips, which gives me the ability to work the full back. I also use the dip feature greatly, and it takes an easy five seconds to pop the bar from the pull-up hooks to the dip hooks. Plus, I have bee dealing with Covid stress by hooking a punching bag to it :), and it's awesome if anyone does bag training as well. If I had to say any challenge, it's that I wasn't initially aware the instructions were packed underneath the metal beams. Once found, everything went well. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a simple, reliable, and functional piece of exercise equipment.
