I like how easy it is to use! It's super intuitive for non-technical people who are not used to using AI software. You can easily train your own models with very little knowledge required if you know what you're doing (or have someone help). Sometimes training takes awhile but we've had success in only about 5 minutes or less. If there isn't something specific you need trained when starting up - just give us time so our team can get familiar enough w/it to be able to work within its capabilities while still providing some customization options as needed by users. We were solving an issue where customers would receive paper files via email. Our staff was handling them manually which wasn’t scalable at all given their rapidly growing customer base and volume receiving these emails daily. This has been replaced entirely now since implementing doc vision into this process and saving tons of time & money.
