At least at T-Mobile this device doesn't get 4G service. I spent half an hour on the phone with T-Mobile tech support to change the settings but in the end they said they would create a service ticket and contact me later while they called Plum tech support for me in the meantime dialed so I could dig into their brains. but they weren't. The Plum representative tried to tell me that 4G coverage must be poor in my area, but I live in a large metropolitan area. Then he tried to tell me that 3g H+ is the same as 4g, but it's not. I really like the phone, durable, convenient size, performs all its functions more or less smoothly. I just wish Plum wouldn't lie to me.
