I am very disappointed with these headphones. I originally ordered a pair which arrived on September 12th. These headphones lasted 8 days before breaking and becoming unusable. I tried several methods suggested by Sony to fix it and none of them worked. I ordered a replacement and sent the original back. The second pair arrived on September 20th. Today (September 30) they started stuttering in the headphones with my music, then made a loud scratching noise and then went off. I tried the same methods again as I did with the first pair and the headphones still don't work. I tried to order a replacement but you can't order a replacement for a replacement. I will refund the purchase price and send back the second pair.
