Updated 12/23/19 - I have upgraded my previous rating to 4 stars due to the excellent response to customer service from this company. They sent me a new fan right away, no questions asked! I was out of town at the time of delivery so I can only assume it didn't arrive until a few days later. I haven't even had the opportunity to return the defective fan. In my opinion, this goes a long way in building my confidence in the product and especially in the company that sells it. I now believe that this company is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction even if there is a problem with one of my purchases! That's pretty much all I can ask for these days! I'll probably continue to add to my list of these fans in the future, especially since this is probably the 12th or 13th O I've ordered in the last year and a half. Thanks again! I really like this model and have ordered many over the years; However, I have noticed a decrease in the durability of this air motor recently. One of the models I ordered earlier this year fell apart on the fins on the second use, another was fitted with the fan speed switch in the opposite direction and one of the pieces in that order (I ordered 3) isn't blowing enough Air like some of my 850-CFM 1/4 HP models even at max setting. Needless to say I will be returning it. I noticed the last drop in quality.
