The installation went well. 3 different straps for a very good fit. I wish all three straps were removable, but only one is removable and is the easiest to install. If the top had detachable straps in the front and back, it would be easier to mount the seat with the longer side to the side rather than forward. The harness clip is convenient and easy to attach to a collar or harness. However, the adjustment buckle isn't very tight to stay in place. The front panel is solid when the black plastic pieces are properly installed. First I used both for the front, then I found that one is for the front and the other is for the bottom. It feels like there should have been 4 of them, otherwise each piece of plastic could have been thicker. So far I have used it to carry two puppies. They are fine. They want out but they can't, so that's good. Your little baby nails will get stuck in the mesh holes. I also installed it on an elevated platform with no problems.
