Review on USA Pan Bakeware Handmade 14-Inch Round Bread and Pizza Stone: Premium Oven-Safe Nonstick Stone for Baking Perfect Crusts by Unique Mayeaux

Thing works! came out nice and hot for a crispy crust and doesn't need cornmeal to prevent sticking. I preheat the oven to 450 for pizza. The non-stick coating of ceramic cookware is amazing. Not only did the pizza slide right off, the caked sauce and cheese were wiped off without hesitation. I have a more traditional pizza stone (uncoated) that lives in my oven, it's seasoned well and I keep using it, but this new one from USA Pans will live in it too. Bake 2 pizzas at the same time? Yes, please. Is Uber easy to remove? YES, PLEASE! It's also a good weight, sturdy but not heavy. So if you can't keep it in the oven, it's easy to move it around. The only negative thing I can say is that when I first opened the packaging, the surface looked a bit dusty and there were two barely visible fingerprints. But it wasn't really dusty. The fingerprints have been sealed under the non-stick coating. A real handmade product (artisans?). What suits me. The company is based here in the US and manufactures most of their products right here in the US. Something I'm very happy to support, even if it means fingerprint signature. I recommend!
