I like that this software is easy enough for my clients to use without any training or support from us. This allows them to have an effective system of archiving their tickets/documents easily. We do not need to be involved with maintaining our own database anymore since we are able to rely on this service. There isn't anything really negative about this product other than maybe some minor bugs here and there which can sometimes cause issues when using it but nothing too major. For me this has been very helpful because now they don't have to worry about having access to documents as often as before. They can just send out emails requesting information instead of waiting around for someone to get back to them by hand.
