I liked their approach to being able to get in touch easily, they listened well when we asked for features or changes needed - this is something you can't always say about other registrars! Their support team are very good at sorting issues quickly too which makes things easier as it's not just us waiting around hoping someone will answer our call/email etc., It was easy getting an account set up via my client who has used them previously but there were some minor bugs (for example one of ours had forgotten its password) so make sure everything works smoothly before signing anything away from your current supplier if possible; also try out any free trial period first rather than using credit card details straightaway like many others do these days- otherwise great service!! We use most domains registered through logicboards including.com/.net/,etc..
