Update: The seller read my review, emailed me, sent me a new product, shipped very quickly and works great. This iron is small enough to fit in your purse and carry around. It comes with a charger which I bought to use when traveling and I need to fix things quickly in high humidity. Never worked, light went on, nothing happened. throw it out
