These shoes are perfect for an active boy! However, BIG! My son has wide feet and I usually size his shoes up, but I took 2 sizes up and they fit perfectly! I had to wet my boots and put socks in at night to stretch them. Definitely recommend trying it on! The upper of this shoe is very tight and very difficult to put on if you have a wide foot.
