My husband was on sick leave I'm in the middle of winter don't you know the heater in my 2011 Jeep Liberty stopped working. After narrowing the problem down to one of two things, I got a $300 offer from the garage owner to fix the problem. I was actually present when he called his supplier about this part and was told a couple of weeks wait and a much higher price. I'm pretty smart so I watched a few videos on how to do this - got the part in two days (thanks Revane) - and I was warm in less than 1/2 hour. Since then my heaters have been working great, I've saved a lot of money and I can brag that I repaired my own car.
