GREAT PRODUCT BUT DON'T TAKE TIME AND DO IT RIGHT!

So I was a little hesitant about buying this set (or any of the similar sets on Amazon) as despite the overwhelming majority of positive reviews there were still enough negative reviews to say that either the Product burned/damaged gums horribly or didn't work at all. If like me you read a lot of reviews to find the best product then rest assured this is a great product. My teeth whitened dramatically on the first use and I was only able to leave the material on for 3 minutes. Anyone who says a product doesn't work is lying and their review should be removed as blatant nonsense. On the other hand, there are some substances that burn the gums, but this can be easily avoided. This material WILL BURN your gums if left trapped between molds. This doesn't happen instantly or without your knowledge (it will burn a bit if used incorrectly). And it won't literally burn your gums, as another reviewer noted. I burned mine a bit the first time I applied it and right after I took the peels off it looked pretty rough. The gums were quite discolored and seemed sunken between my teeth and almost ruined. But it started to pass almost immediately and the next day it became completely normal. This only happened to my lower gums and taught me a valuable lesson: THIS MATERIAL ONLY WORKS IF YOUR TURRETS ARE WELL SHAPED AND TAILORED TO THE SHAPE OF YOUR TEETH. While I cut the top rail to fit the grooves between my teeth, I left the bottom rail cut straight, resulting in the product sticking and burning at the tips of my gums. A simple solution. To make the right shapes, heat a pot of water to almost boiling. When you see bubbles have formed at the bottom of the pan, you're ready to start cooking. Soak a peel in water for 4-5 seconds first, then put it in your mouth and suck until it forms around your teeth. You can press your lips with your fingers to make the process easier, but the suction you create will be most effective. This process can (and should) be repeated until you find the right time to preheat the pans. You want the mouthguard to be soft and pliable so that it leaves a well-defined impression of your teeth. However, if you overheat the tablet, it will shrink, warp and become unusable. Therefore, gradually increase the heat (1-2 seconds) until you achieve the desired result. This is the most important step so take your time and do it right, you only have to do it once. I heated and shaped my top pan about 6 times until I got it right in about 10 seconds of heating. You should be able to see each individual tooth clearly in the finished impression. When you are happy with the shape, take a thin scarf and wrap your teeth around it. This will help you cut. I used 3 inch scissors which cut through the material very well and mine was about the same thickness as the original shell when finished without thinning. I found it easier to cut if I stretched the shape with my thumbs to make it flatter. Once you have your trimmed shape, rinse off the remaining ink and you're good to go. It doesn't require much of this stuff. I've already done 5 sessions and barely used 1ml of the 20ml peroxide that is included. At this level I have enough for 100 sessions. So if you don't get it right the first time, throw it away and try again in 48 hours, you'll have a LOT. What I have found to prevent spillage is to take a small brush and after putting a drop in each tooth I apply it so that it is thin and doesn't spread unpredictably as it does , if it is in the form of spheres. It is normal for the substance to feel a slight tingling sensation. You can both see him whiten your gums as he burns them and you definitely know it's fake. Experiment with how much you use and how long you wait to get the results you want. I am very satisfied with this product. I've always been a little jealous of people I know with sparkling white teeth and a little embarrassed about my own, but I couldn't afford to have them professionally whitened. I've had some success with white streaks, but they were expensive, didn't last long, and I wasn't surprised by the results. And more than 5 years of using whitening toothpaste did not bring any results. But in the first 2 sessions with this material, my teeth became VERY white. Years of coffee, tea and other stains are gone in minutes. Now I feel more confident and love showing off my new bright smile! Best $11 I've spent in years.
