Super cute costume! Happy with the purchase given the price I paid for it. It's more than stated. My dog is 13 neck, 21 chest, 17 length. I bought the large which I knew would be long but wanted to make sure it had enough room around her chest, she probably had about 4 extra inches around her chest so it was a little tight and the front ones Leg openings were quite large. Also, the hat band broke pretty quickly, I think she shook it off twice and then broke it. However, she seemed quite comfortable in it (after the hat was gone) and we got lots of compliments (I made myself a suit to match).
