We bought the more expensive Ferplast tubes for our hamster cage because we wanted to be sure the tubes would fit our cage and be of the same quality. The tubes fit perfectly and the rings for attaching individual elements work well. The tubes are also pretty solid. However, when removing the elbow tube to rearrange the layout, the tube split at the seam. We were able to salvage the tube by gluing it with model glue, but we expected Ferplast tubes to be more durable given the higher price.
