Not durable and the wheels are cheap

I bought this rolling case when I lost my arm so I needed a 360 wheel work bag for my daily work on campus. I'm a professor at a university and I read reviews that the body is roomy and strong and the wheels are solid. Basically it turned out to be a lie. It's spacious. But 360 wheels worked less than a month, and now, three months later, not a single wheel works. I can't even drag the thing, which takes a lot out of my good arm. I spent too much money on this briefcase. Don't repeat my mistake.
