Take your time with curlers
I like these, by trying them out I found that your hair is barely damp, it speeds up the drying time. I use a hair dryer to dry completely. I haven't tried sleeping with them but I think it would be a little awkward. If you have long hair, I think it's best to point the hook up towards the ceiling and start about three to four inches from your head. Once I did that, curling my hair into curlers was pretty easy.
