Smells too awful to use

Looks like it could be roomy and easy to organize but I couldn't use it. It has a terrible smell, I've tried washing it, soaking it in vinegar and water and leaving baking soda in it for a week and the nauseous smell won't go away. On the plus side, if I were to use it anyway, it would certainly keep people away from me, which helps with social distancing and acts as a theft deterrent.
