I rarely write reviews but wanted to warn people who are considering buying this MP3 player - it crashed a couple of times and died completely after only 2 months. Coby Customer Service requires a $6 money order for return shipping to qualify for warranty. If you add the shipping cost, it comes out to around $10-$12. Considering the item costs $16, it's not worth the hassle. Their customer service is very rude, after waiting on the phone for about 15 minutes and expressing my surprise at the money order, the rep just thanked me for calling Kobe and hung up. on me. The last Coby item ever bought!
