Works perfectly! the best video converters
I use this device to connect my Canon camcorder to my laptop's USB port for zoom meetings. Canon only has one HDMI output and this converter makes it look like a webcam. However, this requires a USB 3.0 port or similar as it draws more power than a USB 2.0 port can provide. In order to use Canon and this converter on one of my older USB 2.0 only systems, I connect the converter to a powered USB 3.0 hub, which I then plug into a USB 2.0 port. The hub is powered by a 110 volt power transformer.
