You can put a lot in these gutters. I have 2 monitors, a desktop computer, a wired mouse, a keyboard, a mouse pad, a headset stand, a PS4 and everything fits nicely into these channels. I probably used half the channels I had, give or take. Since I could run a bunch of cables in multiple channels, I tried installing the Power Surge connector with some glue, 3 strips down the back. Yes, it didn't stick, it's much easier to just screw it into the table. Overall great for cable management but if the channels were a bit bigger or just wider I think it would work even better. All of my cables are just plugged in somehow, some of them are sandwiched between multiple cables that don't even sit in the conduit.
