Wrong product; Fake

I have Dr. Ordered Bronner's lavender soap but when it arrived the seal was broken and the jar was filled with a different soap. It could be Dr. Bronner's soap, but I've been using lavender soap exclusively for about 10 years and it wasn't the right soap. And it is marked as non-refundable.
