Review on Discover The World Of Learning With Baby Einstein Curiosity Activity Table For Toddlers by Kyle Brown

Has some design flaw that pinch fingers

I like this activity table more then others. It’s more basic with its theme which I appreciate, most activity tables try to add everything but the kitchen sink which I think is really overwhelming for kids. The problem I have with it is that my 1 year old has gotten his finger caught in a very specific gear. The design flaw is the placement (see picture), it’s has a gap between where the board and the gear are placed, when my son rest his hand near it and when it starts to turn, his finger gets caught. Someone else did the same review, so I wonder how many people this has happened too.My other problem is that, I haven’t even had it for 6 months and the speaker is giving out. We never put it on the high volume, it’s always on the lowest setting but the speaker sounds terrible. All and all I like it better then most but don’t love that it keeps hurting my son. If I keep the standing board in place, he can’t hurt himself but it makes it harder to play with the full table.

Pros
  • My 2 yo and 1 yo love this toy and it lets them play together without sharing (one on each side).
Cons
  • The table may be difficult to assemble for some parents
