Not even slightly waterproof
Fit well. The materials seem to be good. The construction seems good. When worn, they felt comfortable, soft and warm. Then I put them under the sink. The back appeared to be totally waterproof. But fingers and palms, 3 seconds in the water and my hands were wet. As a winter glove, they would be just awful. They shake snow and ice off the car and the gloves just let the water through. Too bad they were so comfortable and warm.
