Review on 📷 Enhanced Protection and Versatility for Sony Alpha A7R IV: SMALLRIG CCS2416 Camera Cage with Cold Shoe Mount and NATO Rail by Kelly Miller

I really like this case, it fits perfectly and offers great protection. the C1 and C2 buttons are a little harder to reach, but not very difficult or a little harder. All ports and buttons are accessible. The only downside I found (but maybe I just don't know where/how it attaches to the cage) is not being able to find where to attach the neck strap at the top.
