This product was packed in lots of bubble wrap and in a small mailing envelope. From the outside the package looked good and was still sealed. But as soon as I opened it, everything inside was wet. I not only feel the moisture, but also a few real drops. It's like someone poured water over the bubble wrap, then rolled it up and taped the seam and ends with duct tape. The accompanying card from the seller and the manufacturer's box were just soaked and warped. To be honest I have reservations about using this brow pencil because I have no way of knowing what the liquid is and I don't want to put it anywhere near my eyes or on my skin at all. I know the liquid got into the pencil tube too. My rating is 3 because I know this has been a great product in the past, but I can't afford all the moisture.
