This is exactly what I was looking for! You have to understand that these phones don't really exist anymore. So if you were expecting a heavy, rugged phone like you'd find in a doctor's office, this won't live up to your expectations. It's lightweight, you can pick it up and walk around with it while you're on the phone. They provide you with a phone jack, two to be precise, one long and one short if you plan on wall mounting it. This pink phone has everything I expected, great dial tone, loud ringtone, large buttons, flash and redial. Simple but cute!
