Hot Tools Straight Up fell flat here (puns)

I rarely write reviews but after the last 30 minutes of torture I just endured this product for the first time time to use, I felt compelled to write one. I'll just list my complaints about this terrible excuse for a rectifier. *The panel sizes suck - I have no idea what hair type would be ideal for this design. It's short and chunky (which is by no means a plus), but if you have thick, medium-length, wavy hair like I do, then this isn't for you. I don't even think anyone with shorter, thinner, less wavy hair would find this straightener useful. I will stretch my arms after writing this. I accidentally pressed the heat button without realizing it and roasted some baby hair.* The shape/design makes it difficult to get to the roots. I was really having a hard time.* It usually takes me no more than 15 minutes to thoroughly straighten my hair (dividing into sections and doing layer by layer), hence the fact that this thing took me twice as long , means it just sucks. .It does get hot though, so that's a plus. But be careful with buttons - the smell of burnt hair is not pleasant to the nose. I'm just glad I didn't throw the box away today because I'm DEFINITELY returning it. Hot Tools - You failed with this one.
