Review on 🔪 Enhance Knife Performance: Mac Knife Rollsharp Hone and Sharpenner by Sara Davis

It's just OK. I have several MAC knives and couldn't reset them to factory sharpness. I get much better results with a taper gauge and ceramic sharpening stones. I may not have used it properly, but I've tried it on MACS and other knives including Henckel's Twin Stars, Victorinox, and Chicago cutlery. All results were mediocre with this sharpener. Much better sharpener Lansky PS-MED01 Blade Medic. The carbide slot alone sharpens better than the rollsharp in my opinion and in my personal testing.
