This belt is much tighter than the previous belt I have used. The elastic waistband is a much stronger band here. What I like is that it ensures it doesn't fall off while running. If you are a size XXL or larger, it may be tight on the hips, but you can wear it higher on the waist. The zipper slides easily, love that it has a reflective print. Can't comment much on the headphone hole as I have wireless, but it would be a nice addition for those who need it. I'm glad I got it. I've only used it once so far but it stayed in place and it was easy for me to plug in and unplug my phone!
