As a 5'11" male, I've had trouble finding a jump rope that didn't make me crouch, mid-air to avoid catching on my feet or smacking me in the neck. Though this product offers adjustable length, i find the "factory setting" to be perfect. It is, indeed, lightweight (I'm actually considering adding some weight to the hollow handles to increase the upper body workout) and easy to use. Ive only been training with it for about 2 weeks, but it seems durable enough (after all, im not slamming the handles on the concrete and haven't run over it with my car.yet.).For the money, an excellent purchase.
