I am 46, and currently on a weighlost journey. With inflation, I split my time between at home work outs and walks in the local park. Unfortunately, I have a few spots of melasma (thank you sun) above my lip and on my cheek. I am doing everything I can to get rid of these things and protect my skin in the process. It was a bit of a learning curve but I think I'm on a good path. Protecting my face, neck, arms, legs and hands is so important especially as the weather starts to warm up. I upped my SPF and added this hat. It can be a bit much with glasses, ponytail and earbuds but I make it work. I am so determined to even out my skin, and protect myself from premature aging, I find myself wearing this hat just about anytime I go outside! I am pretty happy with my purchase. Thx 😊
