Wrong shaft size in the box

Wrong shaft size in the box. 5/8" ordered, 3/4" received. The label on the parts bag was correct, but the label on the part itself did not match the label on the bag. The bag said 5/8", the piece itself had a tag reading 3/4" and the shank was actually a size 3/4".
