I bought this to have a spare/backup for my Dyson V7. I love my Dyson but the battery life was too short and sometimes it broke while vacuuming part of my house or car. Unfortunately, Dyson batteries aren't hot-swappable, where you can swap them out without tools or time. This is what prompted me to buy the VacLife Stick vacuum cleaner. The VacLife Stick was delivered in three boxes. Amazon shipping box, brown VacLife box, and product box. Everything was safe and well packed inside with styrofoam. Installation was very easy. Simply connect the accessories together and pull the trigger to start the vacuum cleaner. It comes with the battery about two-thirds charged. Once launched, you can press the button on top of the canister to toggle between normal and maximum speed. The operation and functions of VacLife are as easy to learn and as extensive as my Dyson V7. I would say that the absorption of VacLife is just as good, if not a little better. The VacLife's motor is a little louder, but it seems to generate more power as a result. My favorite feature of VacLife is the variable extension sizes for the pole piece. It can be smaller than my Dyson for close-up cleaning, or it can be a little longer than my Dyson for pesky webs and late-night emergency spider suction from the ceiling. Overall I am very satisfied with the VacLife Stick vacuum cleaner price, performance and quality!
