UPDATE 01/13/20 - Very responsive seller. They sent me a laptop return label the day after I contacted them. As soon as it was sent, another one was sent to me in the post, which I received at the end of the week. This one still works great - it wasn't as clean, looked a bit more worn than the first - but the keyboard works on this one, so it makes a big difference. Upgrade from 1 to 3 stars. The laptop was clean and looked good, but many of the keys on the keyboard didn't work at all. This makes it unusable. I have contacted the seller for a replacement. Waiting for an answer. Disappointed as it was supposed to be certified refurbished but one of the major components is not working. I'm scared of a replacement and also how long it will take.
