I bought it on the advice of a dentist in order to remove plaque, which I form quickly and a lot. Indeed, the bristles of different lengths clean the plaque very well, including between the teeth. I used to use non-original nozzles, but after buying a new toothbrush (hx6808), which has a smaller amplitude, I realized that I should take the original. These nozzles are slightly zhosche and therefore clean better. I want to note that they do not work miracles, and if you have problems with plaque, then you also need an irrigator. In my case, I also use an irrigator and such a bunch cleans almost like a dentist.
