The employees are friendly & knowledgable about their products which helps when you need to get your questions answered or have concerns addressed! They provide excellent support for our business needs by helping us create custom forms that streamline processes we were having difficulty completing manually before using this program. I wish there was more customization options available than what's provided at launch time (which seems limited). We've been very happy so far but it would be nice if they could add some additional features during future updates/upgrades without affecting existing customers' experience negatively.
