UPDATE: 04/27/21 The problem here is that we have had this unit plugged in for 4 months and Ooma refuses to admit they have a problem with their parties when editing one stored credit card. A credit card that works great with any other car purchase or even point of sale. Fix the problem and make our service work. We entered the account information for the record, spoke verbally to the representative and did so and every time they say yes it works then after a day or so there is a warning that the payment hasn't been made. I cannot return this Amazon box, I will call them to return the product as a whole. This is just unacceptable customer service. ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Aside from our activation code requiring proof of purchase to work, this device worked flawlessly. Each phone took several minutes to update the firmware, so it was a hassle. In general, it wasn't as difficult as I imagined. We got this as a safe alternative for my mum in case she loses her phone or somehow breaks it.
