Product is ok. You should definitely balance the stand when hanging clothes on it. But more importantly and quite annoyingly, the holes in the hangers are too small to fit either a regular gauge or a heavier plastic hanger. Now this does not affect the drying performance of the clothes, but it can be a storage problem. As it stands now, I'd have to either remove all the hangers from the shelf and store elsewhere, or leave them on the shelf and keep my hands (which I'm currently doing). Of course I could switch to metal hangers or wooden hangers with metal hooks, but I don't like the narrow edges of metal hangers and prefer to hang dry clothes on wooden hangers only. So I think this product deserves 4 or 5 stars if the diameter of the holes in the arms has been increased to accommodate the usual diameters of plastic temples.
