I'm not a photographer! Bought to hold my thicker square plastic frame while I cross stitch as all the ones meant for sewing didn't open wide enough. As far as I can tell at the moment the clip opens quite wide, but if your table doesn't have a straight corner edge you may need to adjust it at a slight angle. Not a big deal, still holds up well and doesn't feel fragile but it's just something to be aware of. I'm really happy with it and glad there was something that was exactly how I imagined and wanted my craft to be. The ones specifically for cross stitches were $60-$100, so that's a huge bonus too!
