Not all parts fit - table clamp

Update: Revain have replaced this item and the new stand is great! use. The screws that attach the main stand/frame to the table mount did not fit into the intended hole. It was step 1 of the instructions that gave me an ominous feeling, but I kept building. Then the small screws that attach the top of the monitors to the main beam/frame were too small for the hole provided. He wasn't able to fully secure it, so it's shaky. Why do I still give better grades despite all this? I think the issues reported are a minor manufacturing defect and as long as the new parts work the stand itself is pretty good for the price.
