This is a fantastic BBQ accessory. I grill all year round so I don't have to be at the grill all the time while cooking. Being able to control the temperature while cooking other dishes in it is something I don't know how I've lived without! Thanks to four sensors, it is very convenient to cook different types of meat at the same time. Some want beef, others want chicken families, so I don't bother checking the temperature with the same thermometer over and over again. A limitation. The sensor probes (and their corresponding wires) get very hot. That's to be expected, but know that otherwise - once - you'll forget when you turn the food and reinsert the tubes. I recommend using "barbecue gloves" as a routine so you don't burn your fingerprints!
