This camera initially worked fine. It wasn't anything special, but it served its purpose. Then one day I went to a video conference and it just didn't work. No error messages or anything like that. Black video only. I'm an IT pro, so I tried everything I could think of - changing the USB port, removing the device from Device Manager and letting Windows reinstall, rebooting frequently between attempts, etc. It caught again started to work, seemingly by accident. but eventually it will break again in a day or so. I have tried to email Papalook support using the address on their website but have not received a response. Stay away from this webcam and use a camera from a more reputable company.
